Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass, this Chardonnay opens with lifted aromas of roasted cashews, melon, lemon zest and citrus pith, along with a bright note of mandarin peel. The palate is layered and powerful, yet refined, with excellent fruit density, smooth texture and a long, confident finish. It is vibrant, finely sculpted and built for the long run, with strong ageing potential over several years.

Sourced from Margaret River, a region prized for its maritime climate, cooling breezes and well-drained soils that help Chardonnay retain freshness while developing concentration and flavour. The wine is crafted to preserve purity and finesse, with careful harvesting and vinification aimed at capturing the vineyard’s natural balance, texture and vibrant fruit expression.

Food & Serving
Ideal with roast chicken, grilled lobster, creamy seafood pasta, seared scallops or rich mushroom dishes. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C. Decanting is not necessary, though a short period in the glass will help the wine’s aromatic complexity unfold.
