Production
Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée is crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and a portion of reserve wines selected from vineyards across Champagne, with the emphasis on Chardonnay-driven freshness and finesse. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified carefully to preserve purity and aromatic lift, with extended time on the lees contributing to texture and complexity.

This Champagne is a versatile partner for oysters, seafood, sashimi, smoked salmon, and light poultry dishes, as well as creamy soft cheeses. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended—open gently to preserve its fine bubbles and freshness.
