Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Chardonnay shows a bright, expressive character with a full, fruit-forward profile. The nose opens with fresh pear, lime and a subtle mineral edge, giving the wine a lively and inviting lift. On the palate, expect flavors of citrus sorbet, apple, honey and a touch of salt, all carried by a rounded, smooth finish. The steel-tank ageing keeps the style clean and fresh, and while it is enjoyable now for its immediate fruit and texture, it should hold its appeal well in the short to medium term.

Production
Sourced from Maipo Valley, where Chile’s sunny days and cool nights help preserve freshness, this Chardonnay benefits from healthy, fully ripe grapes and varied vineyard sites, some at high altitude. The grapes are harvested with care to retain their natural balance, and vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks to emphasize purity, fruit expression and a crisp mineral line.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile Chardonnay that works beautifully with roasted chicken, grilled fish, creamy pasta, shellfish and lightly seasoned vegetable dishes. Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and there is no need for decanting.
