Kurtatsch Pinot Bianco is a crisp Alto Adige white that combines purity, freshness, and a refined mineral edge. Made entirely from Pinot Bianco by Cantina Kurtatsch, it reflects the cool mountain influence and the careful work of 190 family growers who have shaped this winegrowing area for generations.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright straw-yellow color with a lively, polished sheen. The nose is delicately fruit-driven, with fresh apple and pear at the forefront, supported by subtle floral and citrus nuances. On the palate, it is clean and precise, with a vibrant acidity that keeps the wine energetic and mouthwatering. A saline, mineral finish gives it real length and character. Best enjoyed while young for maximum freshness, though it can develop a little more roundness over the next couple of years.

Production
This wine comes from Alto Adige DOC in Trentino-Alto Adige, where cooler alpine conditions and well-drained soils help preserve freshness and aromatic clarity. The grapes are harvested with care, then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel to maintain the pure fruit profile, before the wine is aged on its fine lees to add texture and depth.

Food & Serving
A versatile food wine, it pairs especially well with seafood, shellfish, light pasta dishes, risottos, fresh salads, and mild cheeses. Serve chilled at around 8-10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
