Tasting Notes
In the glass, La Blanca 2024 shows a pale, luminous color that hints at its lively character. The nose opens with citrus, green apple, and delicate floral notes, while the palate is light, elegant, and fresh, with crisp acidity and an inviting fruit core that gives the wine immediate appeal. Spontaneous skin contact and minimal intervention add subtle texture and depth without weighing the wine down, making it feel both energetic and balanced. Production
The grapes come from several selected vineyards in Starý Poddvorov, Lužice, and Ratíškovice in Moravia, where the vineyards benefit from the warmer south Moravian climate and a mix of sites that help build complexity in the blend. The wine is spontaneously fermented on the skins with a light amount of sediment, then left unclarified and unfiltered, with only minimal sulfur added to preserve its natural expression and sense of place.

La Blanca 2024 is a versatile food wine that pairs beautifully with light fish dishes, shellfish, salads, vegetable-based plates, and mild cheeses. Serve it well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a short splash into the glass can help release its aromas.
