Made from Pošip grown in Čara on the island of Korčula, Korta Katarina’s 2025 bottling brings together Mediterranean freshness and a fuller, characterful style. Pošip is closely associated with Korčula, often celebrated as the grape’s home, and this wine offers an elegant expression of Dalmatia’s native variety.

Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow with green reflections, it opens with an expressive aroma of citrus, white peach and delicate Dalmatian wildflowers. The palate is dry, juicy and full-bodied, balanced by lively freshness and a subtle mineral bitterness that adds depth to the finish. Enjoy it young for its freshness, or cellar it for up to four years.

Production
The grapes come from the renowned Čara wine-growing area on Korčula, Pošip’s historic home. Specific details about harvesting and vinification have not been provided.

Food & Serving
Try it with grilled or baked fish, shellfish, seafood risotto or roast chicken with herbs. Serve at 10–12°C. It can be enjoyed without decanting; a few minutes in the glass will allow its aromas to open.
