Description

Kissinger-Bähr Spätburgunder Null Ohm rot Bio is a lively, fruit-led Pinot Noir from Rheinhessen, presented in a generous magnum format. Since the 2022 vintage, Null Ohm rot has been made exclusively from Spätburgunder, marking a shift from the earlier Dornfelder and Merlot blends.

Tasting Notes
The aroma brings together juicy red-berry fruit and a subtle flinty, savoury spice that can be most noticeable just after pouring. On the palate, lively acidity carries the fruit, while restrained tannins and a fine texture keep the wine supple yet composed. Appearance and specific aging potential are not provided.

Production
Made from Spätburgunder grapes in Rheinhessen and described as organic (Bio). The wine is matured in a combination of small and large wooden barrels; details about the vineyard site, harvest method and vinification are not available.
