Kellerei Bozen Chardonnay 2025 is a fresh, elegantly styled white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, crafted entirely from Chardonnay. It combines vibrant fruit character with balanced acidity, reflecting the Alpine influence and quality-focused approach of one of South Tyrol’s historic wine cooperatives.

Tasting Notes
Bright and inviting in appearance, this Chardonnay reveals a fresh, aromatic nose filled with tropical fruit. Notes of ripe pineapple, mango and juicy melon lead into a clean, lively palate, where refreshing acidity keeps the fruit flavours precise and well balanced. Its stainless-steel maturation preserves its youthful freshness, making it best enjoyed in its early years.

Production
The grapes are harvested from mid to late September, when they have reached an ideal balance of ripeness and freshness. After careful selection, the Chardonnay grapes undergo gentle pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is then matured in stainless-steel tanks rather than oak, allowing its pure fruit character and crisp profile to shine through.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. This versatile Chardonnay pairs beautifully with grilled fish, shellfish, fresh salads, light pasta dishes and poultry, while its tropical fruit character also complements mildly spiced Asian cuisine. Decanting is not necessary; simply allow the wine a few minutes in the glass to open up.
