Judith Beck’s 2019 Neuburger Bambule is an expressive organic orange wine made from Neuburger, an indigenous Austrian grape with a long history in the country. Part of the lively Bambule range, it is bottled unfiltered and without added sulphur, letting the grape show an untamed, contemporary side.

Tasting Notes
The nose is full of orange marmalade, sea buckthorn and dried mango, lifted by herbal notes of lemon balm and mint. On the palate, citrus flavours lead into a mineral, saline finish.

Production
Made from organically grown Neuburger in Burgenland, this wine is unfiltered and made without added sulphur. Details about the vineyard soils, harvest methods and specific vinification are not provided.
