Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow color with green reflections and a delicate stream of fine, persistent bubbles. The nose brings together ripe peach, nectarine, yellow apple, citrus peel, and subtle floral notes, giving it both freshness and a hint of maturity. On the palate, it is straight, refreshing, and clean, with a vivid acidity and pronounced mineral character thanks to its Brut Nature style. The 10 months on lees add a gentle roundness and texture, while the wine’s bright fruit and elegant structure make it enjoyable now and well suited to drinking young for maximum freshness.

Production
Produced from the classic Cava blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parellada, this wine comes from Josep Masachs’ vineyards in Penedès, one of Spain’s most important sparkling wine regions. The estate has belonged to the family since 1920, and today the fourth generation continues the work under Joan and Alex Masachs. The wine is made organically, spends 10 months aging on the lees, and is disgorged without any added sugar to preserve its pure, dry style.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at 6–8°C. Its crisp structure and saline edge make it an excellent match for seafood, shellfish, oysters, grilled fish, and light Mediterranean dishes, and it is also a refreshing aperitif on its own. Decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy its fine, energetic mousse.
