Tasting Notes
The supplied tasting note for an earlier vintage describes a gently smoky nose layered with peach, exotic fruit and herbal hints, particularly woodruff. On the palate, dense, cool-toned minerality meets juicy fruit, elegant acidity and a remarkably silky texture, with a long, finely spiced finish. The note describes a wine that can seem closed at first and benefits from generous aeration. Although that note is for the 2015 vintage rather than 2019, it suggests the wine’s capacity to age. A well-stored bottle of the 2019 should have the structure to mature further, though its precise drinking window will depend on storage and individual preference.

Food & Serving
Serve at around 10–12°C with grilled or poached fish, shellfish, roast poultry or dishes featuring fresh herbs.
