Production
Jacquesson’s 700 series is built around the character of its base harvest, rather than aiming to make every release taste the same. N°749 is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Further details on its vineyard sources, harvest and vinification were not provided.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, with oysters, seafood, roast chicken or delicate savoury pastries. Its Extra-Brut style also makes it a fine aperitif. A brief rest in the glass can help the Champagne open; decanting is optional.
