Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep yet luminous straw-gold colour that hints at both concentration and freshness. The nose opens with spicy, toasty notes, then unfolds into gooseberry, broom blossom, aromatic herbs, citrus, and a subtle touch of incense. The palate has plenty of personality, with a beautifully poised structure and excellent aromatic length. Textured and expressive, it delivers a vivid interplay of ripe fruit, savoury nuance, and mineral tension, with the balance to develop gracefully over the next several years.

Food & Serving
An ideal match for cavatelli with zucchini flowers, mussels, and saffron, as well as other delicate seafood or creamy pasta dishes. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a short aeration can help reveal its aromatic layers.
