Aroma & Palate

The texture is smooth and rounded, leading to a balanced finish with lingering dried fruit, warm spice and delicate, aromatic smoke.

Distillation & Maturation
This single malt is produced from malted barley and distilled at Highland Park in Orkney. It is matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned oak casks, which contribute its dried-fruit richness, warm spice and balanced sweetness, while lightly peated malt adds the whisky’s characteristic gentle smokiness.

Enjoy Highland Park 12 Year Old neat at room temperature, or add a few drops of water to open up its honeyed and smoky aromas. It also works well over a large ice cube for a slower, chilled serve.
