Tasting Notes
Bright and inviting in the glass, this Chardonnay opens with aromas of citrus, pear, nectarine and white flowers, followed by layers of ripe peach and pineapple. A discreet touch of spice and gentle oak adds complexity without overshadowing the wine’s fresh, fruit-driven character. The palate is full-bodied and harmonious, with flavours of ripe apple, juicy citrus and stone fruit. Its creamy texture is lifted by vibrant acidity, while notes of toasted almond, lemon cream and a hint of ginger add depth. The finish is long and elegant, with lingering citrus, ripe fruit and a subtle mineral freshness. Enjoyable now, it should develop further complexity over the next few years when well stored.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled at around 10–12°C. Its generous texture and lively acidity make it an excellent match for roast chicken, grilled or baked salmon, lobster, creamy seafood dishes and risotto with mushrooms or parmesan. Decanting is not essential, although a brief airing in the glass can help reveal the wine’s aromatic complexity.
