Production
Produced organically in Chile’s Maipo Valley, the wine draws on a terroir known for its strong sunlight, cool nights, and ideal conditions for Carménère to develop ripe fruit and balanced freshness. The grapes are harvested with care to preserve purity and aromatics, then vinified to highlight the variety’s natural softness, fruit expression, and spicy depth.

Serve slightly cool, around 16–18°C, and decanting for 30 minutes can help open up the aromatics and soften the wine further.
