Glenfiddich XX

Glenfiddich Project XX is a distinctive Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from the Experimental Series. Created to challenge convention, it combines the individual cask selections of 20 Glenfiddich brand ambassadors, resulting in a layered and expressive whisky with more intensity and complexity than the classic Glenfiddich style.

Aroma & Palate
The nose opens with rich dried fruit, vanilla, toasted oak and hints of spice, followed by subtle floral notes and a touch of fresh fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied and textured, bringing together dark fruit, cinnamon, almonds, brown sugar and warming oak. The finish is long and gently spicy, with lingering sweetness and oak.

Distillation & Maturation
Project XX is made from Glenfiddich single malt whisky matured in a varied selection of casks. These include traditional American oak and sherry-seasoned casks, with the different maturation styles contributing layers of fruit, spice, sweetness and oak. The final expression reflects the diverse cask choices made by the participating ambassadors rather than a single predefined recipe.

Serving Suggestions
Enjoy Glenfiddich Project XX neat or with a few drops of water to open up its aromas and soften the oak. It also works well over a large ice cube, served slightly below room temperature. For a simple long drink, pair it with soda water or use it in a whisky cocktail where its fruit and spice character can shine.
