Sourced from the Solicchiata area on Mount Etna, it combines brightness, structure, and saline precision with the kind of energy that has made Etna Bianco one of Italy’s most exciting white wines.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, this Etna Bianco shows excellent aromatic lift and clarity. The nose is marked by broom, yellow-skinned citrus, and a subtle herbal edge, all framed by a smoky, volcanic undertone that gives the wine real character. On the palate it is full-bodied yet linear, with striking freshness and a vibrant, mouthwatering texture. The finish is long, savory, and lightly spicy, with enough concentration and structure to suggest it will continue to evolve beautifully over the next few years.

Production
Made from 100% Carricante in the Solicchiata area of Etna, this wine comes from volcanic soils that naturally lend tension, mineral depth, and freshness. The grapes undergo a brief skin maceration before a fermentation lasting around 15 days, followed by five months of ageing in stainless steel on the lees, with weekly bâtonnage to build texture while preserving purity of fruit.

Food & Serving
This wine is an excellent match for grilled seafood, shellfish, fresh pasta with citrus or herb-based sauces, and Mediterranean vegetable dishes. Serve well chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and there is no need to decant unless you want to give it a little extra air shortly before serving.
