Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Barolo typically shows a bright garnet color with youthful ruby reflections. The nose is lifted and layered, with notes of red cherry, rose petal, violets, licorice, subtle spice, and earthy undertones that unfold with time in the glass. On the palate, it is elegant and precise, with firm but refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, savory finish. The fruit is balanced by mineral tension and classic Nebbiolo complexity, giving the wine strong aging potential; while approachable with patience, it is likely to reward several years in bottle with greater harmony and depth.

Production
Cannubi is one of the most historic and respected vineyards in Barolo, known for its gentle slopes and exceptional exposure in the heart of the commune.
