Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, fine mousse with a pale straw color and luminous highlights. On the palate, it is silky and harmonious, with soft bubbles, fresh acidity, and a long, graceful finish. The wine balances freshness and roundness beautifully, making it easy to enjoy now while still having enough structure to develop additional nuance over the next few years.

Production
Freccianera Satèn Brut comes from Lombardy’s Franciacorta zone, where the cool climate and morainic soils provide excellent conditions for Chardonnay-based sparkling wines. Satèn is made only from white grapes and is produced under a specific protocol that gives it lower pressure and a more delicate mousse than standard Franciacorta. The vinification aims to preserve purity, texture, and elegance, resulting in a wine defined by softness and length.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile sparkling wine that works beautifully as an aperitif, but it also pairs well with delicate seafood, shellfish, sushi, light pasta dishes, and creamy risottos. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to best appreciate its finesse, and decanting is not recommended.
