Tasting Notes
Pale onion-pink in the glass, it immediately signals elegance and freshness. The nose opens with bright berry aromas, leading into a crisp, refreshing palate with delicate fruit and a pleasantly energetic, frizzante finish. Its light body and vibrant character make it an easygoing yet distinctive rosé, best enjoyed young while its fruit and freshness are at their peak.

Produced in Emilia IGT from Lambrusco di Sorbara, this rosato comes from a family estate that works with old, often forgotten grape varieties and follows local winemaking traditions. The result is a wine rooted in regional heritage, crafted with a clear focus on authenticity and artisanal character.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 6-8°C to preserve its freshness and fine mousse. It works beautifully with charcuterie, light antipasti, seafood, fresh salads, and simple pasta dishes, and does not require decanting.
