Tasting Notes
Bright rosé in appearance, Roos Brut offers an inviting bouquet of red berries, wild strawberries and subtle floral notes, supported by a refreshing mineral lift. On the palate, the wine is crisp and pleasantly dry, with flavours of raspberry, redcurrant and delicate citrus carried by a fine, persistent mousse. The finish is clean and refreshing, making it best enjoyed young while its fruit and sparkle are at their most expressive.

Production
Produced in Veneto by Foss Marai, this sparkling rosé brings together the colour, fruit and structure of four red grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Montepulciano, Sagrantino and Sangiovese. The grapes are vinified to preserve their freshness and vibrant fruit character, before the wine is made sparkling and finished in the Brut style. As a non-vintage cuvée, the blend is crafted for consistency and immediate drinkability rather than extended bottle ageing.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 6–8°C. Roos Brut is an excellent aperitif and pairs naturally with cured meats, antipasti, sushi, grilled prawns, light pasta dishes and fresh summer salads. It also complements soft cheeses and fruit-based desserts. Decanting is not recommended; serve directly from the bottle in tulip-shaped sparkling-wine glasses to preserve its aromas and lively mousse.
