Tasting Notes
In the glass, Lezer typically shows a youthful, vivid ruby tone. The nose is lifted and expressive, with red berries, wildflowers, subtle spice, and an earthy, mineral edge that reflects its alpine origin. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with juicy red fruit, supple tannins, and a clean, savory finish. Built more for immediate pleasure than long aging, it is best enjoyed while its fruit and brightness are at their most vivid, though it may develop some added nuance over the next few years.

Production
Made from Teroldego grown in Trentino Alto Adige, Foradori Lezer reflects the cool Alpine climate and alluvial soils that help give the grape its signature freshness and aromatic lift. Harvesting is typically done with care to preserve fruit purity, and the winemaking aims for a light, precise expression rather than heavy extraction, allowing the character of the variety and site to come through clearly.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile red that works well with charcuterie, roasted poultry, mushroom dishes, grilled vegetables, and simple pasta with tomato-based sauces. Serve slightly cool, around 14–16°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, although a short rest in the glass can help the wine open up.
