Pale gold in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this Riserva shows remarkable finesse and energy. The nose is layered and expressive, with notes of citrus peel, green apple, white flowers, toasted brioche, almond, and subtle pastry complexity from extended lees aging. On the palate it is taut, linear, and savory, with Pinot Noir lending structure, texture, and quiet red-fruit nuance beneath the bright citrus and mineral drive. The pas dosé style keeps the profile crisp and transparent, while the long maturation adds depth and persistence.
