Crafted to be crisp and precise, it combines delicate bubbles with subtle coastal minerality and a touch of complexity from lees aging, making it a standout aperitif wine with a distinctly Mediterranean charm.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a graceful pale pink hue with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is inviting and aromatic, with notes of peach, wild strawberries, mirabelle plum, anise, and white flowers. The palate is juicy, delicate, and mineral, unfolding with wild berries, Mediterranean herbs, citrus, and light apricots, supported by a whisper of toast and honey. Its bright acidity, slender body, and low residual sugar give it a clean, elegant finish and make it ready to enjoy now, though it will hold its freshness well over the near term.

Production
Atmosphère is based primarily on Cinsault and Grenache, with a small proportion of Aubin, sourced from Provence’s coastal vineyards where the maritime influence helps preserve freshness and aromatic lift. The wine is made by direct pressing, then vinified in stainless steel tanks to retain purity and precision. After bottling, it undergoes a second fermentation in bottle and spends 9 months sur lie, adding subtle brioche and toast nuances while keeping the style lean and refined.

Food & Serving
This sparkling rosé is an excellent match for oysters served natural, sashimi, steamed mussels, seafood, and light summer salads. Serve well chilled, ideally around 6–8°C, to highlight its freshness and fine mousse. Decanting is not recommended; simply open and pour to enjoy its delicate bubbles at their best.
