Tasting Notes
Bright ruby in the glass, this Pinot Noir opens with sweet cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry, forest floor, and floral notes. The nose is lifted and inviting, with a fresh, aromatic profile that feels both precise and generous. On the palate, cranberry, raspberry, and cherry take center stage, supported by Asian spice and delicate hints of earth and stone. The wine is cool, balanced, and polished, with excellent freshness and enough structure to age gracefully for the next 7–10 years. It is already drinking beautifully now.
