Description

Evangile 2023 is a Pomerol red blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, from one of Bordeaux’s most prestigious Right Bank appellations. The estate’s long history and its association with Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) give this wine a notable place among Pomerol bottlings.

Food & Serving
Serve at around 16–18°C. It should pair well with roast lamb, beef, duck or mushroom dishes; decanting for about 30–60 minutes can help the wine open, particularly if enjoying it young.

Château L’Évangile is a historic Pomerol estate. It joined Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) in 1990, bringing the group’s experience to a property rooted in the Right Bank’s Merlot-led tradition.
