In the glass, it typically shows a bright straw-yellow color with a fine, persistent perlage. On the palate, it is creamy and harmonious, with a softer, more rounded mousse than classic Franciacorta styles. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open shortly before serving to preserve its freshness and mousse.
