Food & Serving

Serve Bordeaux reds at around 16–18°C, and decanting is often recommended for younger, structured wines to allow them to open fully. The d’Yquem is best served chilled with foie gras, blue cheese, fruit-based desserts, or simply on its own as a contemplative wine.
