Tasting Notes
Merwut shows a fragrant, herbal profile with a refreshing bitter-sweet edge. Expect aromas of dried botanicals, citrus peel, and gentle spice, followed by a palate that is smooth, lively, and subtly complex, with the sweetness supporting the bitterness rather than masking it. Its finish is clean and appetizing, making it ideal as an aperitif. Vermouth is best enjoyed fresh and does not require aging, though it will hold its character well once opened if stored properly and consumed relatively soon.
