Production
The wine is made from approximately 40% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 20% Counoise, 10% Syrah, and 10% Mourvèdre. The vineyards are farmed organically, edging toward biodynamic practices, with a strong focus on purity and healthy fruit. In the cellar, the team works carefully with lunar cycles, performs strict sorting, and relies on native yeast fermentation, using minimal sulfur and neutral tanks throughout vinification to preserve freshness and varietal character.

Food & Serving
This rosé is an excellent match for salmon, salads with poultry or other light meats, grilled vegetables, and Mediterranean dishes. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
