Produced in the Jura, a region known for its cool climate, marl and limestone soils, and highly individual wine styles, this Macvin is based on Savagnin and made using the traditional local method of fortifying fresh grape must with marc brandy. The result is a wine that preserves natural sweetness while gaining depth, structure, and complexity through careful cellar work.

Food & Serving
Serve slightly chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, either as an aperitif or alongside desserts and cheese. It pairs particularly well with fruit tarts, crème brûlée, blue cheese, foie gras, or nut-based sweets, and generally does not require decanting.
