Description

Domaine Rolet Père & Fils’ 2023 Arbois Blanc showcases Savagnin in its fresh, topped-up style: a distinctive Jura white with citrus, floral and gently tropical character. Savagnin is one of the Jura’s traditional grapes, and this cuvée offers an inviting introduction to its less oxidative side.

Pale straw in the glass, it opens with delicate floral notes and citrus alongside restrained hints of tropical fruit. On the palate, ripe stone fruit meets lemon and a subtle, fresh-edged tropical character, with a lively balance that keeps the wine from feeling overly rich. Production
The Savagnin was aged for nine months in oak barrels.
