Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this wine comes from old-vine parcels in Volnay, part of a family estate that farms around 8 hectares across Meursault, Volnay, Pommard, and Beaune. The vineyards are worked with meticulous care, with every intervention aimed at achieving the best possible result while respecting the environment. Since 2017, the estate has held High Environmental Value (HVE) certification, underlining a commitment to sustainable viticulture and careful parcel-by-parcel decision-making.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for roast poultry, duck breast, veal, mushroom dishes, and classic Burgundy-style dishes such as coq au vin. It also pairs beautifully with soft cheeses like Brie or young Comté. Serve at 15–17°C, and consider a brief decant of 20–30 minutes if the wine is youthful, to help its aromas खुलen and the structure settle.
