A distinctive organic Pouilly-Fumé from the celebrated Loire appellation, Domaine Jonathan Didier Pabiot’s 2018 Eurythmie puts a nuanced, floral and fruit-led spin on Sauvignon Blanc. Its name refers to eurythmy, an art of movement associated with anthroposophy—a philosophy that informs the producer’s biodynamic approach.

Tasting Notes
The nose is led by lime blossom, pineapple and other yellow-fruit aromas, with notes of honey, chamomile, dried herbs and grasses. Sauvignon Blanc’s familiar aromatic character is present only subtly, while a smoky, flinty note nods to the appellation’s distinctive soils.

Production
