Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clear ruby-red color that hints at its finesse. The grapes were hand-harvested to preserve quality and ensure only the best fruit made it into the cellar. Vinification was carried out with a focus on expressing the character of the site and vintage, followed by oak maturation that adds subtle complexity without overpowering the wine’s natural elegance.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent partner for grilled lamb, roast poultry, veal, or mature cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for about one hour before drinking to allow the aromas and texture to fully open.
