Description
Domaine de Rimauresq’s R Rosé is a step up in refinement: a Provence Cru Classé cuvée selected for its finesse, aromatic persistence and poise. Made from fruit grown on the estate’s oldest vines in its finest parcels, it brings a distinctive sense of care to a classic style of Provençal rosé.
Tasting Notes
A delicate, appealing pink in the glass, it opens with fresh citrus and ripe-fruit aromas. The palate is crisp and lively, with saline mineral notes balanced by a soft, enveloping texture and an elegant, persistent finish.
Production
The R Rosé is made from grapes selected from Domaine de Rimauresq’s oldest vines and best parcels in Provence. Details about harvesting and vinification are not provided.
Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, alongside grilled fish or prawns. Its citrus freshness and saline edge also make it a natural match for seafood dishes. Decanting is not necessary.
