Dal Forno’s 2015 Valpolicella Superiore Monte Lodoletta is a powerful, concentrated expression of Valpolicella, balancing ripe dark fruit with firm structure and freshness despite the warmth of the vintage. Made by the Dal Forno family, whose meticulous approach has helped establish the estate as one of the region’s most distinctive producers, it is a wine with both immediate depth and considerable cellar potential.

Tasting Notes
Deep ruby in colour, it opens with layered aromas of dark fruit, spices, smoked mesquite and campfire ash. The palate is full and richly textured, with intense fruit supported by pronounced tannins and a taut, composed balance.

Production
From the Monte Lodoletta vineyard in Val d’Illasi, in the eastern part of the Valpolicella region, the wine reflects a warm 2015 growing season shaped by the producer’s experience in preserving freshness and structure. Food & Serving
