Aroma & Palate
The aroma brings fresh-cut sugarcane and bright citrus, with hints of tropical fruit and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is lively and clean, balancing natural cane sweetness with citrus zest and a gentle peppery edge. The finish is fresh, dry and pleasantly persistent.

Distillation & Maturation
This unaged agricole rum is made from the juice of Canne Bleue, a blue-hued variety of sugarcane. The fresh juice is fermented and distilled in the agricole style; the clear spirit is bottled without a period of cask maturation so its cane character remains in focus.

Serving Suggestions
Enjoy it neat or over ice to appreciate its fresh, grassy character, or serve it with a splash of chilled water. It also makes an aromatic base for a Ti’ Punch, traditionally mixed with lime and a little cane syrup.

Distillery
Rhum Clément traces its origins to Habitation de l’Acajou in Martinique, acquired by Homère Clément in 1887. The house is known for its agricole rums, which showcase the character of freshly pressed island sugarcane.
