Riesling’s natural acidity gives the wine real drive and length, making it feel both refreshing and focused. Production
The grapes come from the Pfalz, a region well suited to Riesling, where warm sunny conditions are balanced by enough moisture to preserve freshness and ripeness. The fruit for this cuvée was harvested early and carefully by hand in small crates, then brought directly to the cellar to limit oxidation and protect purity. Vinification is handled with a strong emphasis on precision and terroir expression, resulting in a sparkling wine that is clean, detailed, and beautifully composed.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C. This wine works especially well with oysters, shellfish, sushi, ceviche, light seafood dishes, and refined vegetable preparations, but it also pairs nicely with salty snacks and delicate goat cheese. Decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy fresh to preserve its energy and finesse.
