Tasting Notes
Pale and luminous in the glass, this rosé shows the delicate, inviting color typical of high-quality Provence wines. The nose is generous and sun-kissed, with aromas of ripe peach, fresh pear, and melon, lifted by a subtle impression of summer fruit and floral freshness. On the palate, it is both full-bodied and crisp, combining a supple, rounded texture with a clean, precise finish. The wine has a powerful yet pure profile, delivering freshness and intensity without losing finesse. It is designed for early enjoyment, though its balance and structure give it enough presence to hold well over the short to medium term.

Production
The grapes come from Château Minuty’s three principal terroirs of slate, clay, and sand, each contributing different dimensions to the final blend: structure, freshness, and aromatic brightness. This variety of soils helps create a rosé with both precision and complexity. Harvesting is carried out to preserve delicacy and fruit purity, followed by vinification aimed at capturing the light, clean style for which Provence is known.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to best highlight its freshness and aromatic lift. It pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, summer salads, Mediterranean dishes, sushi, and light poultry preparations. Decanting is not necessary; this wine is best enjoyed straight from the bottle while youthful and vibrant.
