Tasting Notes
The wine displays a deep ruby-red colour in the glass. Its inviting nose opens with aromas of fresh raspberries, cherries and blackcurrants, complemented by earthy nuances and subtle spice, including hints of vanilla and clove. On the palate, a soft, supple texture carries the elegant fruit, while refreshing acidity provides balance and lift. Red berries become more pronounced alongside darker notes of plum and wild strawberry, followed by a long, graceful finish with fine tannins and discreet oak nuances. Approachable in its youth, the 2023 vintage should also develop added savoury complexity over the next few years.

Food & Serving
Serve slightly chilled at approximately 14–16°C. Its silky texture and balanced acidity make it a natural partner for roast chicken, duck, pork tenderloin, mushroom dishes, grilled salmon and earthy vegetable preparations. Decanting is not essential, but a brief 20–30 minute decant can help the wine’s fruit and subtle savoury character unfold.
