This wine pairs beautifully with rich seafood, grilled fish, creamy risottos, herb-roasted chicken, and refined vegetable dishes. It also works well with soft cheeses and dishes with a little aromatic complexity. Serve it well chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is not necessary.
