Ca’ dei Frati Cuvée dei Frati Extra Brut Rosé is a non-vintage sparkling wine that brings together Barbera, Groppello Gentile, Marzemino and Sangiovese. Inspired by the grapes used for the winery’s Rosa dei Frati, it spends around 24 months on its lees, developing added complexity in its aroma and flavour.
