Built from Corvina, Corvinone, Croatina, and Rondinella, it combines concentration, finesse, and the deep sense of tradition that has defined the estate since 1939.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby-red colour with striking intensity and vibrancy. The nose is expressive and complex, opening with black cherry, chocolate, and sweet spice, then evolving toward floral hints of violet rose, balsamic nuances, star anise, and wild mint. Subtle tertiary notes of arabica coffee and gentle tobacco add depth and elegance. The palate is enveloping and generous, with ripe fruit, layered spice, and a polished structure that gives the wine both power and refinement. Its richness and balance suggest excellent ageing potential, with the tertiary aromas likely to become even more nuanced over time.

Production
Produced in Veneto under Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, this wine is made from a traditional blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Croatina, and Rondinella. The grapes are typically selected with great care for Amarone production, where concentration and ripeness are key, then the wine is matured for 24 months in barrique, followed by 12 months in steel and a further 24 months in bottle to build complexity and harmony.

Food & Serving
This Amarone is an excellent match for red meats, aged cheeses, and full-bodied dishes with rich sauces or slow-cooked depth. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for at least an hour to let the aromatic layers open fully.
