Production
The grapes come from Hope Well Vineyard in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, a site farmed with an exceptionally organic, biodiverse approach. Sheep, ducks, llamas, and chickens move freely through the vines, helping support the health of the vineyard ecosystem, while the relatively young planting, established in 2008, is already yielding fruit of impressive quality. Josh Bergström allows the fruit to express itself with minimal intervention, resulting in a wine that feels transparent to both site and vintage.

Food & Serving
Serve this Pinot Noir slightly chilled, ideally around 14–16°C, to highlight its freshness and aromatic lift. It pairs wonderfully with roast duck, mushroom dishes, grilled salmon, quail, or herb-roasted chicken, and it will also work nicely with earthy vegetarian dishes.
