Belle Glos Pinot Noir 25th Anniversary celebrates a quarter-century of passion and craftsmanship devoted to the grape. It brings together the producer’s signature generous style and a polished balance of concentration, elegance and easy appeal.

Tasting Notes
Deep ruby in the glass, it opens with ripe cherry, blackberry and dark plum, followed by notes of vanilla, toasted spice, cocoa, mocha and a subtle hint of cedar. The aromas become more nuanced as the wine opens. On the palate, it is full-bodied and silky, with concentrated dark fruit balanced by lively freshness and supple tannins. Black cherry, raspberry compote, dark chocolate and warm spice lead into a long, harmonious finish. No specific aging guidance is provided.

Food & Serving
Enjoy it with duck, veal, grilled pork, mushroom dishes or mature cheeses. Serve slightly cool, around 15–17°C, to keep the fruit and freshness in focus. A brief time in the glass should allow its aromas to unfold; decanting is optional.
