Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a graceful pale pink hue with a persistent, fine mousse. The nose is bright and expressive, with notes of red berries, citrus zest, white flowers, and subtle pastry-like tones that add complexity. On the palate, it is crisp and energetic, balancing freshness with a creamy texture and fine mineral tension. Red currant, wild strawberry, and hints of blood orange are layered over a clean, dry finish.
