Tasting Notes
Pale golden in the glass, it opens with inviting aromas of dried apricots, raisins, and dates, lifted by a floral edge and a hint of croquant-like bitterness. On the palate, it is silky yet lively, with a smooth texture, medium-dry sweetness, and a long, crisp finish that keeps the wine feeling fresh and elegant. Its balance and structure make it especially appealing now, while the gentle oxidative complexity and firm Madeira character suggest it will continue to hold beautifully over time.

Production
Sourced from selected vineyards in Estreito de Câmara de Lobos and Prazeres, this Madeira is crafted using the traditional Canteiro method. The wine ages for five years in French oak casks stored in lofts, where natural temperature shifts gradually develop Madeira’s signature toasted, nutty, and gently caramelized notes.

Food & Serving
This is a highly versatile Madeira that shines with a cheese board, spiced tapas sausages, or simply as a contemplative glass on its own. Serve slightly chilled at 11–12°C; decanting is not necessary.
