Antica Terra’s 2019 Coriolis Chardonnay brings together ripe orchard and citrus fruit, a stony mineral edge and well-judged toasted oak. Its lively acidity and remarkable length give it a poised character that bridges generous New World fruit with a more restrained, Burgundy-inspired balance.

Tasting Notes
The nose opens with baked apple, melon, lime and a touch of toasted oak. On the palate, poached pear and further notes of melon and citrus are carried by energetic acidity and a pronounced stony minerality.
